  1. Submit an Enquiry

    Client submits an enquiry specifying product type, required volume, delivery destination, and timeline. No contact details published — all engagement begins via our secure enquiry form.

  2. NCNDA Agreement

    Both parties execute a Non-Disclosure Non-Circumvention Agreement (NCNDA) to protect all parties throughout the supply and negotiation process.

  3. Offer & Quality Verification

    We present a competitive offer. All products are independently tested — Certificates of Quality and Origin are issued to the buyer prior to payment.

  4. Delivery & Settlement

    Product is delivered per agreed Incoterms. Settlement follows confirmed delivery. We build long-term supply partnerships, not one-off transactions.

Spot & Term Contracts

We accommodate both single-cargo spot purchases and recurring long-term supply agreements. Every deal is structured around the specific operational needs of the client.

Documentation

Full Paper Trail

Every transaction is accompanied by a complete documentation package: Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, SGS Inspection Report, and Bill of Lading.
